Travel
Nelson is at the top of the south island. If you are flying internationally then you will need to book a flight into Christchurch or Auckland and then get a domestic connection to Nelson. Alternatively you could fly into Christchurch and hire a car. It takes about 6 hours to drive from Christchurch.
Accommodation
If you are coming to Nelson for the weekend, you should consider staying at:

Accents on the Park has friendly hosts and are very supportive of our event. Their accommodation is great value for money and close to the centre of town where the classes are. They've agreed to sponsor accommodation for a number of the tutors so they really do deserve our support and it's nice place to stay. They can take 80 all up.

So contact them and book a bed and spend the weekend with like-minded musicians and if enough of us book we could end up with the place to ourselves.
